Was driving all night and stopped here early in the afternoon, they let me check in around noon which was nice as I really needed to sleep. The room was very clean, the memory foam mattress was very comfortable and the pillows were also quality. Nice updated fixtures (sink, toilet and bath tub) in the bathroom, and the rain shower style shower head was a nice touch. Pretty good room for the money.

If you need a simple accommodation on your journey I highly recommend The Nomad. For a 1950’s ish build it was well maintained and very clean. It really seems like the owner cares about the property and was very cutely decorated.
Very clean rooms, Mom and Pop vibes with friendly service. Broke down outside of Clinton and had to find a place on very short notice with very little selection available in town but was not disappointed. Great amenities nearby for such a small town. Definitely recommend for the price.
Cheap and clean exactly as advertised. Last minute decision to stop when we left Northern BC later than intended, and we got their last room. We were glad we did. A cuteness factor that was not discussed. Their hand towels were folded with just the right amount of care, about by a cute family rather than a corporate structure!
Great place to stay, nothing wrong with the room I was in, nice and clean, bed was good and everything worked, felt no worries leaving my truck parked out in front since I had so many items in my cab. Great place to stay.
